As a Human Resources (HR) intern at PUNO company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while enhancing your English proficiency, MS-Office, and MS-Excel skills. You will work closely with our HR team to support various recruitment activities and assist in other HR functions.
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
2. Conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
4. Update and maintain candidate and employee records in our HR database
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards
6. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
7. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
