Position: HR Intern
Education: MBA in Human Resources
Location: Pune
Duration: 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Help organize employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Assist in leave & attendance management process.
Assist in preparing HR reports and trackers.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
