This internship is designed for learners who want hands-on exposure to how HR, business processes, and project operations run inside a global tech firm. Key Responsibilities (HR + Operations) Recruitment & HR Support Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding and maintain HR data. Participate in employee engagement and communication activities. Performance & HR Systems Learn HRMS tools, maintain records, and support basic HR analytics. Assist in performance tracking and documentation. Operations & Project Coordination Support live operational projects across teams (AI/ML, sustainability, BD, HR). Track project tasks, maintain dashboards, and follow up on deliverables. Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in internal presentations. Process Support Help streamline workflows and improve internal processes. Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Who Can Apply Students/freshers pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM (HR, Operations, General Management). Strong communication skills, curiosity, and ability to multitask. Comfortable with Excel and basic documentation. Proactive learner with interest in HR + operations exposure. What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in HR and cross-functional operations.
