Programme Overview:
As an HR Intern at 8 Views, You will be involved in day-to-day HR operations, HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities, and employee lifecycle processes, while also supporting talent acquisition and engagement initiatives. From assisting in performance management cycles and HRMS administration to contributing to policy implementation and internal communications, this role offers a well-rounded foundation in modern HR practices.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Provide day-to-day assistance in HR operations.
Drive and contribute to HRBP initiatives.
Assist in drafting and implementing policies and internal communications.
Manage HRMS administration and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in administering performance management processes, such as review setups and goal administration.
Support rewards and recognition activities.
Assist with employee engagement activities.
Support talent acquisition as required.
