Job Summary:
The Head of Human Resources at Micromitti will lead the HR function to build a strong organizational culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and policies. The role involves designing and executing HR strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Micromitti’s business objectives.
Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and drive workforce planning.
Promote Micromitti’s culture, values, and mission across all levels of the organization.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
Lead recruitment and selection for key positions.
Implement effective onboarding and training programs.
Develop career progression plans and performance management systems.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.
Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Design and manage competitive compensation structures.
Oversee payroll, performance-based incentives, and benefits administration.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
6. Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
Promote leadership development and succession planning.
7. HR Operations & Analytics
Oversee HRMS implementation and HR data management.
Prepare HR reports and use analytics to drive decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in talent strategy, HR operations, and organizational development.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and people management best practices.
