This position is a combination of Talent Acquisition and HR practices. 90% responsibilities would be pertaining to Talent Acquisition and 10% of HR Operations and Employee Relations.
Roles and Responsibilities- Recruitment:
Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle.
Engage business leads/Project leads/hiring managers on regular basis to resolve and clarify any recruitment delivery issues and to fulfill manpower requirements within stipulated time.
Sourcing of profiles as per requirement from Job Portals / Social Networking Sites, etc.
To create a good first impression on candidates.
Pre-screen the resume & qualify the candidates.
Scheduling and coordination of interviews.
Plan for special recruitment drives in collaboration with Business Leads / Hiring Managers.
Renege management.
On-boarding
Follow up with the selected candidates. Build timely connect with new joiners resulting in joining and retention.
Handling pre and post joining formalities.
Employee Engagement & Fun at work (Skip Levels, Townhalls)
To provide multiple platforms of communication and increasing the levels of engagement within the organization.
Planning and Managing employee recreational activities, trips, events, etc.
Training & Development
Coordinate Training programs.
Attrition Management
To increase employee satisfaction and retention especially through non-monetary measures
Maintaining cordial Employee relations.
Employee Transactions
To provide timely & satisfactory resolution to queries which also includes directing queries to the right owners.
MIS
To have a timely and accurate reporting of recruitments & engagements.
Initiatives/Value Adds
To add value by bringing in better practices and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent Communication skills with Minimum of 4-8 years experience.
Ability to understand the requirements and create Job Descriptions in coordination with Hiring Managers.
Hands on experience of sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals & Social Networking Sites.
Sound knowledge of different sources recruitments.
Ability to pre-screen the resume & qualify the candidates.
Experience of planning recruitment efforts and execution to meet deadlines.
Should be result oriented, committed, proactive, flexible, quick learner with ability to work under minimum supervision.
Willingness to learn new areas in HR.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and experience of handling multiple positions at a time.
Ability to handle stress.
Well versed with virtual interview process and coordination.
Experience in Employee relations / Recreational Activities would be an added advantage.
Willingness to work on weekend recruitment Drives.
Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 days.
