Job Description We're expanding our HR team with an HR Executive - Talent Acquisition (1-4 years of experience) to make Zippee: The best Place to work At. You will implement strategies to recruit, hire, and onboard rockstar talent. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone. This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ. Bonus Points: If you have prior HR experience at a logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce company. Roles & responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates fit. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth candidate experience, Manage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment dashboards, report and talent pipelines. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house). Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within deadlines. Knowledge of ATS tools and hiring best practices. Qualifications A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred. 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition (preferably at a startup). Attention to detail and good judgment. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic startup environment. Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong influencing skills.
