Responsibilities:
Handle pre-onboarding and post-onboarding activities, including documentation, induction coordination, and system entries.
Manage the confirmation process, including tracking probation periods, coordinating reviews, and issuing confirmation letters.
Handle the employee exit process, including resignations, exit interviews, clearances, and documentation.
Coordinate training programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling internal/external sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, morale, and retention.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.
Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and internal procedures.
Experience:
2 to 5 years
Qualification
MMS HR/MBA/Post graduation degree in Human Resources.
Desired profile of the candidate
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment/ Onboarding or a similar role in a mid-sized organization.
Candidates having notice period of 15-30 days will be preferred.
Candidates having experience in similar industry will be an advantage.
Strong in Recruitment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, people skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
A passion for HR Talent Acquisition and a curiosity to learn new things and explore new possibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
Experience working with any HRIS tool would be preferred.
Working on Process Digitalization experience would be more beneficial.
