To read more about IRIS Carbon visit our website: https://iriscarbon.com/ Role Overview We are hiring an HR Executive (2+ yrs exp) to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. The role involves stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and maintaining recruitment reports. You will also ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Occasional travel may be required. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines 2. Onboarding & HR Operations Drive and manage the complete onboarding process for new hires Prepare and roll out offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation Coordinate pre-employment checks (background verification, references, etc.) Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions and co-ordinate regular trainings Ensure smooth joining by coordinating with IT/Admin for system access and assets Act as the first point of contact for new joiners and existing employees as Regional HR exec. Administration of branch office and bill payments for office services, etc. MIS reporting to HQ in New Mumbai as required around office, HR Play HR business partner and drive appraisals (Qtrly & Yearly), maintain exit feedbacks and regular pulse check of employees etc. Run employee engagement programs and trainings and inductions 3. Employee Lifecycle & Compliance Maintain employee records and HRIS data with high accuracy Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Support payroll inputs, benefits documentation, and employee queries Assist in implementing HR policies and processes Maintain confidentiality of employee data 4. Reporting & Process Improvement Track recruitment and onboarding metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) Generate regular reports for HR leadership Identify gaps and suggest improvements in hiring and onboarding processes Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Hands-on experience with job portals and HRIS systems Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Preferred Traits Proactive and self-driven Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Awards won by IRIS Won recognition as India’s best Fintech at the Financial Express Best Banks Awards. – an award that was presented to our CEO by Smt Nirmala Sitharaman, Finance Minister, Govt of India.
