Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
· Source and screen resume through various channels.
· Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ fit (via phone, video, or in-person).
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
· Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth interview process.
· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
· Provide feedback to candidates and support offer negotiation and onboarding.
Languages: Must be conversant in Telugu, Hindi & English.

Must be Good at MS Office.
