We are looking for an HR Specialist who is responsible for recruitment, operations and administrative tasks in the HR department, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Will assist in recruiting, and employee development, supporting HR policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Screening resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Assist in research related tasks
Highly involved in maintaining asset record
Coordination with Admin related tasks
Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
MBA Qualified
Experience : Minimum 2 years
Attention to detail
Experience with MS office
Pro-active and Intellectual
