Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various recruitment methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their status and next steps.
Offer Management:
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding logistics.
Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Qualifications:
Education:
MBA with HR Specialisation
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google spreadsheet.
