Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Admin & Operations
to manage day-to-day administrative operations, vendor relationships, office maintenance, and event support. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, negotiation ability, and a hands-on approach to ensuring smooth functioning of office operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Stationery & Office Supplies:
Monitor and maintain stock of office stationery and supplies.
Ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages.
Vendor Management:
Manage existing vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
Identify and evaluate new vendors for better quality and cost efficiency.
Negotiate terms and contracts to optimize costs.
Renewals & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts):
Track and manage timely renewals of contracts, subscriptions, and AMC agreements.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for smooth execution.
Maintenance & Facilities:
Oversee and resolve maintenance-related issues in the office premises.
Liaise with internal teams and vendors for timely repairs and upkeep.
Event Management & Support:
Arrange food, beverages, and logistics for office events, celebrations, and meetings.
Negotiate with vendors/caterers to ensure cost-effective event arrangements.
Coordinate setup and other requirements during office events.
General Administrative Support
Manage the housekeeping staff and oversee their daily activities.
Handle travel bookings, visitor management, and meeting coordination.
Provide timely support for any other ad-hoc administrative requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR Admin.
Experience in vendor negotiations and contract management.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
