The HR & Admin Executive will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and office administration. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in managing employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and workplace administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
Support in Employee engagement activities at the site
Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office administration for the Bangalore HSR office
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, repairs, and maintenance
Ensure office infrastructure, assets, and facilities are maintained efficiently
Manage inventory, asset tagging, and issuance/returns
Support workplace discipline, reporting time adherence, and office protocols
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Business teams for smooth operations
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and service providers
Support leadership with HR reports, data, and ad-hoc administrative requirements
