Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
Conduct on-going training and coach all the employees and ensure to maintain records.
Conduct briefing for Housekeeping Attendants.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Guides and advises Executive Housekeeper on key performance indicators of employees in the department and ensures measurement of the same
