Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they are hygienically clean, safe, and equipped with quality amenities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize room downtime and coordinate room turnover priorities
Oversee mini bar management, inventory accuracy, and report irregularities, damages, and lost-and-found items to management
Establish and maintain detailed cleaning schedules for all public areas, ensuring consistent adherence to standards
Coordinate with the engineering department on maintenance issues and verify that all equipment and cleaning supplies are adequately stocked
Maintain inventory control of linen and uniforms through regular stock checks and monitor quality and condition, replacing worn items as needed
