Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager – India
Reporting To: Vice President Operations – Asia Pacific
Location: Gurugram, India.
Role Overview
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, revenue growth, and customer engagement across partner hotels in India. This role focuses on on-ground sales execution, relationship building with hotel teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that convert into membership sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive sales of membership programs (e.g., ALL Plus / Explorer)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maximize conversion rates through effective guest interactions
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within hotel environments
2. Guest Engagement & Conversion
Engage directly with hotel guests to present membership benefits
Deliver personalized sales pitches tailored to guest profiles
Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
Ensure a premium and consultative sales experience
3. Hotel Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with hotel staff and management
Collaborate with front office, F&B, and reservations teams for lead generation
Conduct regular training and refreshers for hotel teams on membership benefits
Ensure alignment between hotel operations and sales objectives
4. On-ground Activation & Promotions
Execute in-hotel sales activations, booths, and promotional campaigns
Support marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement
Ensure proper branding and positioning within hotel premises
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track daily sales performance and conversion metrics
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and sales pipeline
Share insights and feedback with leadership to improve strategy

Experience & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in sales (hospitality, membership, or luxury retail preferred)
Background in hotel operations, guest relations, or telesales is a plus
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Business preferred)
