Role Overview
We are looking for an analytical professional to manage hotel API distribution
performance, client integrations, and technical support for API partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical queries from API clients related to search, availability,
pricing, and booking flows.
- Troubleshoot issues using API documentation, logs, and internal tools.
- Coordinate with the tech team to resolve integration or system issues and
follow up until closure.
- Monitor API integration hygiene including search, detail, review, and booking
flow performance.
- Analyse booking trends across hotels, cities, countries, and clients.
- Identify business opportunities and gaps in distribution performance.
- Prepare regular insights and performance reports.
