Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager 📍 Location: Office, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Department: Hospitality Role Overview Micro Mitti is looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager who can seamlessly blend hospitality, event management, marketing, and public relations to create exceptional guest journeys. This role is centered around delivering memorable experiences, executing high-impact events, and building meaningful relationships with guests, partners, and the community. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: • Deliver premium, personalized experiences for all guests and VIPs • Manage guest interactions, special requests, and service excellence • Uphold hospitality standards aligned with the brand 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Plan and execute events, workshops, and brand experiences end-to-end • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams • Oversee logistics, guest engagement, and on-ground execution • Host and anchor events to ensure impactful experiences 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Support campaigns and enhance event visibility • Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand presence • Drive partnerships and community engagement initiatives 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners • Manage guest invites, PR activities, and brand representation • Represent Micro Mitti at networking and industry events 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Develop strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients • Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement • Maintain guest data for personalized engagement 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: • Ensure seamless coordination with service and operations teams • Manage vendors and logistics efficiently 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field • 8–10 years of experience in hospitality, events, or luxury service • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong expertise in event management and guest relations • Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building strong brand connections, we’d love to hear from you.
