Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using UGNX or CATIA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
Develop and validate system architectures integrating sensors, actuators, and control units.
Perform tolerance analysis, simulations, and design validations.
Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of mechatronic systems.
Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Participate in design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
Manage product lifecycle activities including design changes and documentation.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization.
