Position Summary:
The Business Process Owner Associate Advisor is responsible for managing the maintenance, upgrades and support of the PBM Claims Adjustments workflow toolset as well as working with users and technology, to support the end-to-end success of Evernorth Revenue Cycle Management technology business activities and implementations
Job Description & Responsibilities
:
The role is responsible for providing data, technology and business workflow support for revenue cycle management activities across the PBM Billing, Pharma A/R and Specialty Pharmacy platforms. Role includes identifying business process gaps and creating automated solutions using in-house applications. Role also provides data and maintenance support for several existing workflow tools
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with operational and technical experience, capable of working with, creating and manipulating large data sets to perform research and data analytics and providing recommendations for improvement to processes and platforms
Analysis & interpretation of data to support identification of trends and quality issues.
Respond to ad hoc financial and matrix partner inquiries and requests, and recommend process improvements including internal control enhancements
Support development of dashboards, reports, and other mechanisms to manage consumption and visibility of allocation data
Collaborate with stakeholders and IT developers on enhancement requests. Support development process through coordination of business requirements, testing, implementation and change management.
Actively seek opportunities for improvement through process changes or identification of system enhancements.
Maintain documentation, including updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Experience Required:
Qualified candidates will typically have 8- 11 years of progressive experience in financial and technical analysis, and system support. Successful candidates will be high energy, self-starters with a focus on quality output and project delivery success. Candidates must be excellent problem solvers and creative thinkers.
Experience Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in software development, finance, or a related field preferred
Desired Tool Experience: Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Agile, Jira, Confluence, Alteryx, Business Objects, Tableau, SQL proficiency.
Ability to read and write multiple coding languages (Visual Basic to Python)
Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects/initiatives within agreed upon parameters while achieving the benefits and/or value-added results.
