<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic <strong>Technical Lead</strong> to spearhead the architecture and implementation of large-scale, headless digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the <strong>Contentstack</strong> ecosystem and a proven track record of designing composable architectures. You will lead technical delivery, ensuring seamless integrations between Headless CMS, PIM, DAM, and AI-driven search platforms to provide robust, high-performance solutions for our clients.</p>

<p><strong>Role & Responsibilities :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for headless implementations using Contentstack and React. Design scalable, secure, and performant multi-tenant solutions.</li>
<li>System Integration: Architect and develop complex integrations with Akeneo PIM, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and enterprise search solutions like Coveo or Algolia.</li>
<li>Front-end Leadership: Oversee the development of high-performance front-end applications using React (Next.js/Remix), ensuring best practices in SSR, SSG, and ISR.</li>
<li>Cloud Strategy: Design deployment pipelines and hosting strategies across various cloud environments, including Vercel, Azure, Netlify, or AWS.</li>
<li>Technical Governance: Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and ensure the team adheres to MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles.</li>
<li>Mentorship: Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, resolving complex blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Headless CMS:</strong>Deep expertise in <strong>Contentstack</strong> (Content Modeling, Webhooks, Extensions, and Management APIs). Experience with other headless platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi) is a plus. </li>
<li><strong>Integration Ecosystem:</strong>Strong experience integrating <strong>Akeneo PIM</strong> and various DAM solutions into the content delivery pipeline. </li>
<li><strong>Search Technologies:</strong>Proven experience implementing and tuning enterprise search engines (e.g., <strong>Coveo</strong> , Algolia ,SOLR or ElasticSearch). </li>
<li><strong>Modern Web Stack:</strong>Advanced proficiency in <strong>js</strong> and its ecosystem. Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components). </li>
<li><strong>API & Middleware:</strong>Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and middleware/orchestration layers (Node.js). </li>
<li><strong>DevOps & Hosting:</strong>Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and deploying headless applications on <strong>Vercel, AWS (Amplify/S3), Azure (Static Web Apps), or Netlify</strong>. </li>
<li>8–10 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years focused on Headless CMS and Composable Architecture.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the <strong>MACH</strong>alliance principles. </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead technical discovery phases and create detailed architectural diagrams/documentation.</li>
