Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our enterprise B2B SaaS growth. This role involves driving high-value sales, building and mentoring a top-performing team, and expanding into new markets. You'll work closely with Product and Marketing to align strategy, manage a strong sales pipeline, and close complex deals with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall sales strategy, execution, and performance for Wohlig.
Drive enterprise sales in the B2B SaaS space, focusing on high-value opportunities.
Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
Identify new markets, segments, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Create and manage a predictable sales pipeline through CRM tools and performance metrics.
Negotiate and close complex deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 5 years in enterprise SaaS.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing large deals.Experience in leading and scaling sales teams across geographies.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and buyer journey.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Prior experience working in a growth-stage tech company is a plus.
