Job Profile:
· Lead, manage, and orchestrate operations, ensuring seamless integration across business, R&D (multiple locations) and laboratory functions.
· Oversee laboratory operations, logistics, procurement and ensure adherence to GLP and regulatory standards.
· Drive project management activities—define milestones, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of organizational goals.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including CROs, government bodies, hospitals, and industry partners.
· Manage operational and laboratory budgets, reporting, documentation, and audit preparedness.
· Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic business opportunities and partnerships to support growth.
· Support preparation of business plans, pitches, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
· Oversee administrative and compliance activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of multi-location operations.
· Represent the organization in business and scientific forums to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.

Required Skills / Experience
Must have PhD in Life Sciences with 7 to 12 years of experience in Program management of R&D operations, product development, lab operations, procurement, inventory and vendor management, scientific writing (grants/articles) and Import/export experience is desirable. (only from biotech, pharma, or R&D domains).
