Guide a team of Technical Solution Consultants and managers responsible for delivering measurement readiness/foundations solutions in the area of marketing measurement and marketing portfolio management.
Develop a measurement readiness or foundations roadmap for your team that aligns with business strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Establish project goals, align a person's expectations, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in-line with the objectives.
Provide investigative thought leadership in the areas of Measurement through proactive contributions.
Influence stakeholders through presentations and written communication.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to increase and optimize capabilities of the measurement team, employing methods which create opportunities for scale, and help to motivate innovation.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
3 years of experience in people management.
Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Experience working with advertisement technology products and the online advertising industry.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
15 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
15 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
15 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
15 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
15 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.
