Coach the team to deliver Google cross-product Ad solutions and Measurement for customers across Lead Gen, E-commerce and Multi-Channel sectors, while driving professional growth through mentorship and structured career development planning.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technology and Program Management teams to drive Google’s ads service strategy and transformation with AI.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience working in customer relationship development by working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
8 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in marketing, technology, business, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence across teams with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction.
Experience with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques, and Google advertising products.
Knowledge of media industry issues to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
Excellent written/verbal communication, business judgment, strategic and analytical skills, with experience using data to drive strategy and business action, and make presentations to executive audiences.
