We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a
series B round of $17.5M backed by leading global investors including Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India, Fundamentum, and Elevation Capital.

Growth Opportunity
We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 400cr. We are working with over 50,000 content creators and 300+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?
1. Own & Grow Enterprise + Large Brand Relationships
Own end-to-end relationships with
enterprise brands and large platforms
such as L’Oréal, P&G, HUL, Myntra, Flipkart, and other category leaders.
Leverage an existing
network with brand marketing, growth, and e-commerce teams
to unlock opportunities.
Act as a strategic partner — influencing campaign direction, budgets, and long-term engagement, not just execution.
2. Revenue Growth & Deal Ownership
Own revenue targets for the Collabs vertical (new business + expansion).
Lead senior-level pitch conversations, proposal structuring, commercials, and negotiations.
Close large-ticket deals across
fixed-fee, performance-led, and hybrid models
.
3. Marketing & Strategy-Led Client Conversations
Lead
marketing-led discussions
with brand stakeholders around objectives such as awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Translate brand and business goals into
creator-led campaign strategies
grounded in consumer insight and platform strengths.
Confidently represent Wishlink in discussions with CMOs, brand heads, growth managers, and category leads.
4. Metric-Driven & Data-Led Approach
Drive performance reviews, reporting, and renewal conversations using data.
Comfortably discuss and defend metrics such as
GMV, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, funnel performance, creator efficiency, and incrementality
.
Use data to identify upsell opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Tech & Platform Understanding
Build a strong working understanding of Wishlink’s product, tracking infrastructure, and integrations.
Clearly explain platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap to enterprise clients.
Act as a feedback bridge between clients and internal Product/Data teams.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience
in Business Development, Partnerships, or Client Solutions.
- Prior experience in a
startup or fast-scaling company
.
- Strong
brand-side exposure and network
— with proven experience selling to or working closely with brands.
- Hands-on experience managing
large, complex, client-facing relationships
.
- Ability to lead both
marketing strategy conversations
and
metric/performance-led discussions
.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance narratives.
- Solid
tech understanding
of platforms, SaaS products, and performance tracking systems.
Preferred :
Experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, digital media, or performance marketing.
Experience working with FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or Marketplace brands.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes as the business scales.
