Job Summary:
SAVA Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Head to lead our IT strategy and operations. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI and SAP to enhance business processes and decision-making. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Pune and will manage a team of IT professionals across IT infrastructure, AI, and SAP domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy in alignment with SAVA Healthcare’s business goals.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
Identify and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure IT infrastructure.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and networks.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
AI and Data Analytics:
Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and decision-making.
Establish a robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
SAP Ecosystem Management:
Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP systems to support business operations.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and applications.
Drive continuous improvement of SAP processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Team Leadership and Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team across IT infrastructure, AI, and SAP domains.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT organization.
Ensure the team is equipped with the skills and tools needed to deliver on strategic objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
Develop and implement robust IT security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.
Proactively identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, AI/ML technologies, and SAP ecosystems.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and technology requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
