About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR leader to drive the organization’s overall HR strategy, policies, and people operations. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can lead core HR functions, build strong people practices, manage a team, and partner with leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Design, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and organizational frameworks • Manage end-to-end HR generalist functions across the employee lifecycle
• Lead talent acquisition planning, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives • Drive performance management, succession planning, and learning & development programs
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution • Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies • Lead and mentor the HR team for smooth execution of HR operations
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives • Drive HR process improvements and maintain operational efficiency
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong experience in HR strategy, generalist functions and statutory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and people-first approach.
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory Qualification & Experience MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
