Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and possess relevant SAP certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP HCM Payroll implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll as per client requirements
Provide support during testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Payroll and HCM modules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll
Proven experience in at least
3 end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations or upgrades
Strong understanding of Payroll processes, schemas, and rules
Good knowledge of other HCM sub-modules
Certifications:
Mandatory:
SAP Certification in SAP HCM Payroll (at least one consultant must be certified)
Preferred:
SAP Certification in Performance Management System (PMS) or Talent Management
SAP Certification in respective modules is highly desirable
