Outlet Operations
Support daily operations
in restaurants, lounges, and bars, including reservations, seating, and service flow.
Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages
according to outlet standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization
of service areas, tables, and bar counters.
Monitor inventory of supplies, glassware, and equipment
to ensure readiness for service.
Team Support
Work closely with Outlet Managers, Head Bartender, and culinary teams
to deliver seamless service.
Support colleagues during peak hours
to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Participate in training programs
to enhance skills in service, mixology, and hospitality.
Quality & Compliance
Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices
in line with hotel policies.
Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties
while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
