Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirements
Serve food and beverages according to established brand standards and service protocols, ensuring proper presentation and timing
Maintain clear and efficient communication with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment
Monitor guest satisfaction during service, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set according to established standards before, during, and after service
Assist in training and onboarding new team members, demonstrating service procedures and fostering a collaborative team environment
Support inventory management by tracking supplies, reporting shortages, and maintaining organized work stations
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following all health and safety protocols consistently
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting colleagues and working flexibly to meet operational needs
