Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in experience.
Act as a primary point of contact for VIP guests and ensure personalized service.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams to meet guest needs.
Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for repeat visits.
Conduct room inspections for VIP arrivals to ensure standards are met.
Arrange special amenities, celebrations, and personalized services (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure satisfaction.
Manage guest feedback and report issues to relevant departments.
Ensure lobby presence and assist guests with directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
Handle check-out assistance and ensure a smooth departure experience.
Promote hotel services, facilities, and loyalty programs.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
1–3 years of experience in guest relations or front office in a luxury hotel.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera).
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
