In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting local country teams with the successful launch of new products,.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating across multiple marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing go-to-market strategies are executed flawlessly, on time, and with maximum impact. You will be part of a small team that drives strategic alignment, manages dependencies, and mitigates risks, turning complex cross-functional projects into streamlined, successful GTM launches.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document 360 GTM plans <strong>Reporting</strong>: Lead Performance and Results Reporting process, coordinating across functions for inputs.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Program Management Leadership:</strong> Support the end-to-end GTM program management for product launches from initial planning to post-launch analysis.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination:</strong> Serve as a key POC liaison across a complex cross-functional team to ensure a unified and effective GTM strategy.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Risk &amp; Dependency Management:</strong> Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans and operational systems to keep programs on track.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Establish and maintain clear communication channels, providing regular updates on program status, key milestones, and performance to all stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:&nbsp;</strong>Continuously assess and refine processes and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness for future launches.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>What you need to be great in this role:</strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true}">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Go to Market Strategic thinking: </strong>9 to 12&nbsp;years of experience in go-to-market strategies, ideally in-house.
