Job Summary
Skylark Drones is looking for a
GTM Growth Manager
to drive enterprise revenue by strengthening how our products are positioned, sold, and adopted across industries. This role sits within the
Founders Office
and works closely with
enterprise sales, leadership, and product teams
to improve deal conversion, shorten sales cycles, and expand customer adoption.
This is a
sales-led GTM role
focused on enabling enterprise sales teams with the right narratives, assets, and strategies to win complex, high-value deals across multiple sectors. You will own GTM execution from opportunity creation through deal support and post-sale expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Enablement
Partner closely with enterprise sales teams to support active deals with strong narratives, pitch decks, case studies, and industry-specific collateral
Enable sales teams to articulate Skylark’s value clearly to CXO-level and government stakeholders
Identify deal-stage friction points and build GTM assets to improve conversion and deal velocity
Go-to-Market & Sales Strategy
Design and execute GTM strategies aligned with enterprise sales motions across industries such as infrastructure, energy, construction, mining, and government
Support sales leadership in defining account strategies, vertical plays, and sector-specific value propositions
Translate customer pain points and buying triggers into sales-ready messaging
Market & Customer Intelligence
Gather insights from sales conversations, customer feedback, and lost deals to refine GTM and sales strategy
Analyze competitive positioning and objection patterns to strengthen sales responses
Build industry POVs and thought leadership to support credibility in enterprise conversations
Demand & Pipeline Support
Drive targeted demand-generation initiatives aligned with enterprise pipeline needs
Support long sales cycles through consistent messaging, content, and stakeholder-specific communication
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns directly support sales priorities
Performance & Optimization
Track GTM effectiveness using sales metrics such as pipeline impact, win-rate influence, and deal progression
Continuously optimize GTM execution based on sales feedback and performance data
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of
enterprise B2B sales cycles and GTM strategy
Experience working closely with
sales teams on large, complex deals
Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling, sales-driven narratives
Strong execution mindset with high ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience selling or enabling sales for

Exposure to multiple industries or verticals
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure for sales teams
