Role Overview
The GST Executive will be responsible for managing GST compliance, return filings, reconciliations, and responding to statutory notices. The role will also support audits and ensure accurate GST reporting in SAP while ensuring compliance with applicable GST laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and timely
filing of GST returns
including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns.
Perform
GSTR-2B reconciliation with purchase registers
to ensure accurate ITC claims.
Reconcile
E-Invoice and E-Way Bill data with sales registers
and resolve discrepancies.
Handle GST notices and departmental queries
, including preparation and submission of responses.
Manage
day-to-day GST compliance activities
and ensure adherence to regulatory timelines.
Support and coordinate
statutory audits, GST audits, and internal audits
related to indirect taxation.
Ensure proper
documentation and record maintenance
for GST filings and reconciliations.
Utilize
SAP for GST-related transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate GST data and compliance across transactions.
Eligibility Criteria
3–5 years of relevant experience
in GST compliance and return filing.
Strong understanding of
GST laws, return filing procedures, and reconciliations
.
Hands-on experience with SAP
for GST-related accounting and reporting.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple compliance timelines and statutory requirements.
