Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters
Properly handle and store cleaning supplies, equipment, and guest amenities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
Maintain the security and privacy of guest rooms and hotel property
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques
