Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve meals and drinks according to established service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and side stations.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Service-focused personality with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English language.
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
