Help Flow reach India We’re now building our India GTM engine from the ground up. This role will be one of the first hires on that team, working directly with the India lead to turn early ideas into real, live growth channels. This is a growth generalist role for someone who likes taking things from “we should try this” to “this is live and working.” Your Role and What You Will Do This is an early career generalist role. In your first 6 months, you'll likely touch 5-8 different channels. What that looks like: • Operate across multiple channels simultaneously - partnerships, creator programs, podcasts, performance marketing, offline activations, content experiments. Take rough ideas and turn them into live tests fast. • Run experiments and double down on winners - test 10 things, kill 7, scale 3. Track results closely and focus resources on what actually moves the needle. • Turn wins into repeatable systems - when something works, document it and build a playbook so growth compounds instead of resetting each campaign. • Use tools and AI workflows for leverage - automate research, content production, reporting, and ops work to move faster and multiply your output. • Own channels end-to-end over time - as your strengths emerge and business needs clarify, you'll start owning specific growth areas completely. What you won't be doing: This isn't a specialist role. If you need a defined swim lane or want to go deep on one channel, this will frustrate you. What You Will Bring • 1–3 years in high-intensity, high-ownership environments (early-stage startups, consulting, VC) where you've taken at least one workstream from zero to one • Structured execution skills - you build processes, track multiple workstreams simultaneously, and sweat the details without letting things slip • High learning velocity - you're comfortable being a beginner repeatedly and can figure out new channels through research, experimentation, and asking the right questions • Analytical + creative judgment - you can read data and dashboards, but also intuit what makes content, partnerships, or campaigns resonate • Bias toward action and adaptability - you're energized by breadth and prefer shipping scrappy v1s over perfecting plans • Familiarity with India's startup ecosystem - you understand the audience of founders, operators, investors, and early adopters of tech tools We consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and provide reasonable accommodations upon request.
