Job Summary
We need a
Growth Hacker for Instagram
who blends data-driven experimentation, viral content creation, and rapid scaling strategies. You’ll own our Instagram growth, testing hooks, optimizing funnels, and leveraging AI tools to boost engagement, followers, and conversions.
If you live for A/B testing, viral loops, and growth experiments, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Experimentation
Develop and execute hypothesis-driven growth experiments (content formats, CTAs, posting times, etc.) to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
Optimize bio links, Stories, Reels, and DMs to drive traffic to AV website.
Use UGC, collaborations, and viral trends to accelerate follower growth.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut AI, etc.) to automate and scale content.
2. Data-Driven Content Strategy
Analyze Instagram Insights, engagement rates, and competitor trends to refine strategy.
Identify high-performing hooks (educational, motivational, and knowledge sharing) and replicate success.
Build a content flywheel: Test → Scale → Convert.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years in Instagram growth hacking, social media marketing, or performance content.
Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts (share case studies/metrics).
Expertise in Reels, Stories, and engagement-boosting tactics.
Strong data analysis skills (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.).
Obsessed with A/B testing, virality, and rapid iteration.
