About the Role:
As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, aiming to drive product awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy and Execution:
Implement and optimize acquisition strategies across various digital channels.
Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Create and execute top-of-the-funnel outbound email marketing campaigns.
Develop email templates for drip campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Growth Hacking:
Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities and channels.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize and iterate on marketing strategies.
Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
Conduct customer research and gather insights to drive marketing strategies.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a unified growth strategy.
Work independently and as part of a team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of CRM, Hubspot, Pipeline stages, MQL stages, should be there. Experience converting MQL to SQL while collaborating with sales will be added advantage.
Proficiency and prior 0-2 years of experience in relevant role.
Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
