to lead one of our performance marketing teams. Oversee a team of 2-4 associates, interns, and trainees on ops/reporting, while driving strategy, growth, retention, client meetings, escalations, and
Meta/Google Ads
mastery for your brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee campaign strategy, growth, retention, and performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms for your brand portfolio—ensuring scalable ROI and measurable results.
Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 associates, interns, and trainees; delegate operational execution and reporting while fostering their skill development.
Drive acquisition strategies, budget pacing, forecasting, and optimization to maximize client value.
Collaborate with creative, content, strategy teams, and external stakeholders to craft high-impact ad assets and resolve escalations.
Handle client meetings, reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions—translating data into actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing, deep-dive analysis, and performance reporting using tools like
Google Analytics, GTM, Excel
, and dashboards.
Ensure flawless tracking setup (pixels, attribution) and stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools.
Requirements
3+ years in performance marketing
at a digital marketing agency (mandatory—agency experience is critical for managing client expectations, tight deadlines, and multi-brand portfolios).
Proven expertise optimizing
Meta Ads and Google Ads c
ampaigns with strong ROI track record.
Demonstrated team leadership (even small teams) with ownership of strategy, growth, and escalations.
Advanced analytical skills in
Google Analytics, Excel, GTM,
and dashboards; deep knowledge of attribution, segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
and marketing automation tools (mandatory).
Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
