to lead marquee client engagements, drive strategic growth, and build high-performing teams.

The Mandate
As a
Group Head
, you will act as the
single-point owner
for key client businesses,balancing strategy, delivery, commercial growth, and team leadership.
You will:
• Translate
business objectives into measurable digital outcomes
• Own
client success, feedback, and escalation, end to end
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams with clarity and accountability
• Drive
upsell, scale, and renewal conversations
• Represent work through
case studies, reviews, and industry awards
🎯
What You’ll Be Accountable For
• Full ownership of assigned client portfolios and SOWs
• Monthly & quarterly performance reviews with clients and leadership
• Clear mapping of goals to KPIs and delivery timelines
• Identifying scale-up and cross-sell opportunities (minimum twice a year)
• Creating strong project narratives for renewals, PR, and awards
• Coaching teams to deliver consistently high standards of work
Who We’re Looking For
• 8–12+ years in
digital marketing/agency leadership
• Strong exposure to
SEO, content, and performance-driven strategies
• Proven client leadership,not just servicing
• Comfort with
data, dashboards, and decision-making
• Ability to manage pressure, ambiguity, and senior stakeholders
• Someone who
thinks like a business owner
, not an executor
🎓 MBA or equivalent preferred, but
impact matters more than degrees
.
