Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer with good expertise in photoshop for graphic designing and photo work.
What You’ll Do:
Develop creative visuals, layouts, and graphics for both digital and print platforms.
Work on branding projects across multiple touchpoints.
Create campaign creatives, social media assets, website banners, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
Design and manage brand assets including icons, templates, visual systems, retail creatives, presentation materials, and marketing collateral to maintain brand consistency.
Execute photo manipulation and creative edits, especially for automotive and campaign-based visuals.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Ensure consistency across all brand communication while strengthening the overall visual identity.
Create user-focused designs with attention to visual hierarchy, engagement, and usability.
Develop mock-ups and presentation-ready design concepts for internal and external communication.
Stay updated with current design trends, creative culture, and evolving visual styles.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Who Can Apply?
Experience
0–1 year of design experience, internship experience, freelance work, or personal projects.
Exposure to a creative/media agency environment is preferred.
Candidates who have worked on multiple brands, college projects, or branding exercises will be preferred.
A design degree or relevant hands-on work experience from any background is acceptable.
Skills
Mandatory Software Knowledge:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
Preferred Skills:
Basic to intermediate photo manipulation skills, especially automotive-focused creatives.
Interest in campaign design and brand communication.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to create mock-ups and presentation visuals.
Design Knowledge:
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Basic understanding of color theory and branding systems.
Interest in brand identity development, brand asset creation, and scalable visual systems.
Awareness of current design trends and contemporary creative culture.
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, layout design, creative projects, or personal work.
Portfolio should demonstrate creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.
Canva-only portfolios will not be considered.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
