Olyv India | Full-Time | On-Site/WFO - 5 days Experience: 2–4 Years The Role: You will own the visual language across multiple brand touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, product UI collateral, campaigns, and beyond. You'll work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into design that is sharp, culturally relevant, and built for the platforms people actually use. This isn't a "resize and export" role. This is a think, create, and own role. Responsibilities: Brand & Creative Design Develop and maintain visual consistency across all brand communications for multiple marketing touchpoints Translate marketing briefs into compelling design across formats - static, motion, digital, print ads, billboard ads Build and scale design systems, templates, and brand guidelines that teams can actually use Bring fresh design thinking to campaigns while staying true to brand identity Social & Marketing Creatives Design high-impact creatives for brand channels ( Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc. ) performance & retention marketing channels Create scroll-stopping Reels covers, carousels, story templates, and ad creatives Stay deeply plugged into trending design languages, platform-specific formats, and cultural moments Collaborate closely with the copy and strategy team to ensure design and messaging are seamlessly integrated AI-Powered Design Workflow Actively use AI design tools — Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, DALL·E, Gemini, Pomelli and others - as core parts of your daily workflow Use AI to accelerate ideation, generate visual concepts, and iterate faster without compromising quality Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and proactively introduce new capabilities to the team Collaboration & Ownership Work independently from brief to final delivery with minimal handholding Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without dropping quality What We're Looking For Experience & Background 2–4 years of graphic design experience Prior experience on either brand side or at a marketing/creative agency — both are welcome Proven portfolio demonstrating work across multiple brands and formats Design Skills Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (non-negotiable) Strong working knowledge of Figma and Canva Solid understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy Motion graphics and basic video editing experience is a strong plus (After Effects / Premiere / CapCut) The Mindset We Need Self-motivated - you don't wait to be told what needs to look better. You already know Critically curious - you ask why before you ask what and connect design decisions to marketing outcomes Critical Thinking- You should understand the different TG cohorts and relevance of the different designs as per the requirements of the TG communications. Platform-native - you understand how design behaves differently on Instagram vs LinkedIn vs a performance ad vs a retention channel ads AI-forward - you see AI tools as creative superpowers, not shortcuts Detail-obsessed - kerning, padding, alignment. You notice what others don't Bonus Points If You Have Experience designing for fintech, BFSI, or consumer tech brands Understanding of performance creative, rentention funnel creatives (PNs, RCS, WhatsApp, Emails) and other relevant marketing designs Motion design or Reels/short video creative experience Multilingual design experience (Hindi, regional language creatives) . Olyv is a strong massy fintech brand (with emphasis on Tier 2+ audiences) and we do a lot of Hinglish, Hindi led and other vernacular campaigns and the expectation of comprehension and delivery would be there in day to day functioning.
