Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help build and evolve Ugaoo’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create impactful, customer-centric designs that strengthen brand recognition and engagement. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, collaboration, and the ability to execute high-quality work across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality digital and print assets, including packaging, across all brand touchpoints.
Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver work on time with minimal supervision
Present design concepts clearly and articulate the rationale behind creative decisions
Stay current with design and advertising trends to continuously improve creative output
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed design institution
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
Experience creating print-ready files; knowledge of print production is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
