About this role

Graphic Designer (2+ Years Exp) We are looking for a marketing and communications-focused Graphic Designer (2–3 years experience) to join our design team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate combines strong visual storytelling with structured thinking. Someone who can translate ideas, strategies, and data into compelling graphics, polished presentations, and high-impact brand assets. You will work closely with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to create everything from campaign visuals and social media content to premium Keynote and C-suite decks. This role is suited for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and can independently plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality creative work. Key Responsibilities Design marketing collateral including digital ads, emailers, landing visuals, brochures, and brand assets. Create visually compelling social media posts, carousels, and campaign creatives aligned with brand tone and platform best practices. Develop premium presentations, Keynote decks, and executive-level slides that simplify complex information into clear visual narratives. Translate strategy, data, and messaging into infographics, charts, and visual storytelling formats. Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand objectives and deliver effective design solutions. Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and contribute to evolving brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning, organization, and timely delivery. Prepare production-ready files for digital and print outputs. Proactively suggest creative improvements and elevate overall design quality across communications. Good to have: Basic motion graphics or animation skills for social and presentations. Experience with templates and scalable design systems for marketing teams. Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, or brand communications. (Portfolio demonstrating strong work across presentations, marketing creatives, and social content is a must.) Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Strong expertise in Keynote/Google Slides for executive presentations. Excellent typography, layout, color, and composition skills. Ability to design for multiple formats (digital, social, print). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid time management and project planning capabilities. Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
