About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and a good sense of visual storytelling. This role involves working on social media creatives, event branding, marketing collateral, and basic photography/videography coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging visual content for social media, emailers, print, and digital platforms
Create event-related graphics including booth designs, standees, and branded materials
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for photo and video shoots
Perform basic photography and videography for internal events and marketing use
Edit and retouch images and videos for promotional purposes
Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and communication goals
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce the final design
Skill sets/Experience we require:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role
Basic photography and videography skills preferred
Proven work experience in graphic design or a related field
Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark,
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or other editing tools
An eye for aesthetics and details
Good communication skills
Ability to work methodically & meet deadlines
Professional approach to time, costs & deadlines
Good to Have:
Experience in event branding or B2B marketing
Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Canva, Lightroom)
Motion graphics or animation experience
