Key responsibilities ● Conceptualize and design innovative, high-quality packaging artwork for makeup, bath & body, and fragrance categories ● Understand and make KLD s for primary and secondary packaging and develop cohesive design collections that enhance the brand s visual appeal and storytelling ● Manage and maintain a well-organized artwork library, ensuring all assets are up-to-date, archived, and easily accessible ● Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, packaging, and procurement teams to bring concepts to life, from ideation to final execution ● Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork files, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with print production standards ● Work alongside the packaging team and suppliers to ensure designs are feasible for various packaging formats and materials ● Stay updated on design trends, competitive landscape, and emerging packaging innovations to keep the brand fresh and relevant ● Partner with vendors and printers to oversee proofing and pre-press processes, ensuring color accuracy and quality output life.myntra.com ● Develop creative assets for limited-edition collections, seasonal campaigns, and promotional packaging.Support the creation of mockups, 2D s and 3D s and visual presentations for internal approvals and market research Key skills ● Proven expertise in packaging design within the beauty or personal care sector ● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of packaging design projects across makeup, bath & body, and fragrances ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus ● Deep understanding of printing processes, materials, and packaging production requirements ● Strong sense of color, typography, and layout ● Ability to balance creativity with technical precision and brand consistency ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external partners ● Highly organized with keen attention to detail and deadlines ● Trend-aware and passionate about beauty aesthetics.Education: ● Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
