Job Title: Google Reviewer – Customer Service & Digital Marketing
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Google Reviewer
who will take ownership of customer service reviews across digital platforms and build strong, positive relationships with customers. The role also involves managing digital marketing channels and improving conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, manage, and respond to customer service ads and reviews across App & Web platforms
Convert negative customer reviews into positive experiences through effective communication
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels to drive conversions
Achieve defined targets related to review conversions and customer engagement
Provide creative ideas for campaign content, target audience selection, and addressing consumer concerns
Track performance, prepare daily reports, and suggest improvements
Generate weekly and monthly reports for conversions across all digital channels
Work with web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
Handle campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing, Financial Campaigns, and Affiliate Marketing
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and departmental managers for advertising opportunities
Support other profiles and responsibilities when required
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as an Ad Reviewer in the
customer service domain
Strong understanding of the review conversion process
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Working knowledge of web analytics tools
Exposure to digital marketing channels and performance tracking
